From delivery to assembly, dismantling and return, over many years we have analysed and refined each aspect of our service with a consistent focus on ease of use. You’ll receive your market stalls in an easy to move roll cage; each stall within the cage is contained in an easy to move wheeled carry bag, and once rolled in to place, our easy to assemble 16-piece frameworks can be ready to go in just 5 minutes.

How much does market stall hire cost?
Market stall hire starts from £56 per stall including VAT. This is a flat rate that applies across almost all UK addresses. Because we deliver nationwide from a single Derbyshire location, the rate you receive for an event in London is the same rate you’ll receive in Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester or Birmingham. No regional surcharges, no postcode pricing. The final price depends on how many stalls you hire (minimum 5, up to 100 per booking), how long you need them, and whether you’d like optional extras such as matching counter wraps. Delivery and collection is included in the quoted rate; some outlying areas of Scotland as well as Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may take 1-2 extra days to deliver to but do not incur delivery surcharges.

Budgets being understandably tight, our stall hire team agreed to loan the stand free of charge for the occasion. This offer was quickly extended to a full month, allowing Brinsley’s dedicated volunteers to continue their fundraising work with the help of the market stall.

Market stall hire starts from £56 per stall as a flat rate across the UK mainland. The total depends on the number of stalls (minimum 5, up to 100), how long you need them and any optional extras such as counter wraps. Request a quote here.
The minimum order is five stalls — that’s the level at which a delivery makes sense. For smaller quantities you’re also welcome to collect from our Derbyshire warehouse. The maximum is one hundred stalls in a single booking, which is enough to run a full-scale food festival or Christmas market.
We deliver nationwide from our Derbyshire warehouse. Standard next-day delivery is usually possible for UK mainland postcodes, assuming we have availability; some Scottish Highland postcodes are a two-day service, and outlying Scottish islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are generally a three-day service. A few working days’ notice is always recommended so we can prepare your stalls and schedule everything properly.
Each hire includes the yeloStand® ONE LITE market stall which is a traditional slot together market stall framework measuring 6ft x 3ft (1.8m x 0.9m). The frame is supplied with plywood counter tops and a striped roof canopy in your choice of red/white, blue/white, yellow/white or green/white stripe. Optional solid-colour counter wraps sit below the counter on three sides. Stalls arrive in wheeled carry bags that are easy to move into place, and each stall assembles in 5–7 minutes with 1-2 people. Bunting and lights aren’t part of the kit; we don’t supply these.
Yes, a written risk assessment is available here. Some venues, councils and public-liability insurers will ask for one.
Next-day delivery is often possible assuming we have availability. This isn’t guaranteed though, and we strongly recommend giving us several working days’ notice at a minimum. If you’re up against a tight deadline, call us and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
